Synopsis:
Luc Deveraux, a US Army soldier stationed in Vietnam, confronts Andrew Scott over the increasing sadism he displays in his encounters with simple Vietnamese countrymen. As a result of the fight, both die and their bodies are cryogenized in a secret laboratory in Nevada. These become part of a different type of army, that of the Universal Soldiers, killing machines genetically manipulated to obey and destroy. However, the creators of the Universal Soldiers do not count on the memories recorded in their brains to resurface and cause these perfect machines to question the ethics and legality of the experiment... or cause the spiral of violent madness that began in their lives as humans.
