How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please wait a few hours until tracking information is available.
If you have not received your order within one week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@universeofentertainment.es with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
Return policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount less return shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please send us an email as soon as possible to info@bluray-shop.es with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. We address them on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
