With the help of her social worker, Ming-Ming is admitted into a home for people with special needs, where the kind head of the home, Mr. Chan, takes a liking to the young lady. As Ming-Ming's situation seems to brighten up, a serial rapist terrorizes the building where the shelter is located, his M.O... women in red. One night, he suddenly sets his sights on Ming-Ming, and a horrific ordeal ensues.
Error 4444 first introduced fans to Billy Tang's demented oeuvre of exploitation and horror with RUN AND KILL (1993). Now, we bring to you the Blu Ray debut of RED TO KILL (1994), a rough piece of Hong Kong extreme cinema that is considered by many to be one of, if not, the most disturbing Category III rated film of all time.
