Synopsis:
Lola is the pseudonym of a singer who works in a cabaret in the port of Nantes. Well known to passing sailors, she remains faithful to the memory of Michel, a fleeting lover she met in the past and with whom she had a son, now 7 years old. Michel left her to seek his fortune, without knowing that she was pregnant. The same day he returns to Nantes, Lola meets a childhood friend.
