Synopsis:

E.T. is the story of a very special friendship that develops between Elliott, a young and lonely boy who lives in a neighborhood on the outskirts of a Californian city, and a wise and big-hearted visitor from another planet who gets lost in the Land . As Elliott tries to help his alien companion contact his home planet for rescue, they must escape from scientists and government agents who want to apprehend the alien. The result is an adventure far greater than either of them could have imagined.
