Synopsis:

In the 60s and 70s, the outskirts of Barcelona were formed and built mostly by immigrants from Extremadura and Andalusia who built the neighbourhoods with their own hands, but they are not considered part of the city. Fed up with the City Council saying that public transport cannot reach the Torre Baró neighbourhood because the streets are too narrow and unsafe, Manolo Vital, one of its neighbours and a TMB bus driver, sets out to prove, behind the wheel of 'El 47', that the authorities are wrong.
