Synopsis:
During the German occupation of France, Shosanna Dreyfus witnesses the execution of her family at the hands of Nazi Colonel Hans Landa. Shosanna manages to escape and flees to Paris, where she forges a new identity as the owner and director of a cinema. Elsewhere in Europe, Lieutenant Aldo Raine organizes a group of Jewish soldiers to retaliate against specific targets. Known to the enemy as The Basterds, Raine's men team up with German actress Bridget Von Hammersmark, a secret agent working for the Allies, to carry out a mission that will bring down the leaders of the Third Reich. Fate wants them all to find themselves under the marquee of a movie theater where Shosanna is waiting to take revenge.
