The Forest Is The Path is the eighth studio album by the Irish band and their first since they released “Wildness” in 2018. It was written by the trio that now forms Snow Patrol, which are Gary Lightbody, Nathan Connolly and Johnny McDaid. It contains The album is a 12-track album produced by Fraser T Smith (Adele/Dave/Stormzy) and the band themselves. Fraser has also contributed to the composition of some of the album's songs, alongside Will Reynolds, Roy Kerr and Troy Van Leeuwen (QOTSA). The album and first single cover art are painted by Gary Lightbody. "The Forest is the Path" is an album based on reflection, introspection and questioning.
