Synopsis:
Set in a dystopian Los Angeles in the year 2019 - and with the world economy collapsing - television is controlled by the state that broadcasts a sadistic game show called Pursued, becoming the most popular program in history, in which convicted criminals have a chance to get his freedom. To do this they must run and flee from an army of heavily armed assassins known as “Hunters”. When former police officer Ben Richards is wrongly convicted of a crime he did not commit, he is included in the contest along with other dangerous participating prisoners.
