Synopsis:
Marcello Rubini, a paparazzi who goes in search of the photo of the year. To find her, he goes from party to party, rubbing shoulders with the bourgeoisie of the time. When he finds out that a great film diva named Sylvia lands in Rome, Marcello sees his great opportunity, so he decides to chase her throughout the city until he finds the perfect moment and thus can make it into the news.
