Synopsis:
Danko, a strong and tough Soviet policeman, participates in a raid on Georgian drug traffickers, but Viktor, the main trafficker, manages to flee the country and head to the United States. Danko tracks him down and reaches Chicago, one of the cities with the highest crime rate. In Chicago, Danko teams up with a friendly American police officer to capture the fugitive.
