Synopsis:

Britain's first colour zombie film. Horror Queen Hazel Court and cult actor Kieron Moore give intense performances in this macabre and sometimes-gory Cornish horror from influential director Sidney J. Furie. Scripted by Oscar-winner Nathan Juran and featuring camera-work from a young Nicolas Roeg, Doctor Blood's Coffin has been painstakingly restored by Hammer from scans of the original film negatives.

A man goes missing in the sleepy village of Porthcarron – the latest victim in a series of horrifying medical experiments carried out by the arrogant and maniacal Dr Peter Blood. Fixated on creating life from death, Blood is determined that his gift is only for those he considers worthy – at the cost of those he doesn't.
