Synopsis:
Wilson, a war crimes agent, is searching for Franz Kindler, one of the masterminds of the Nazi death camps, who has managed to escape without leaving a trace. Following the trail of a former comrade of Kindler's, he reaches Harper (Connecticut), where he is murdered before being able to identify the fugitive. The only clue left is the criminal's fascination with antique watches.
