Synopsis:
An ordinary man unleashes his violent and self-destructive instincts against an unjust and oppressive society, all in the wake of one stressful day. Los Angeles: on the morning of the hottest day of the year, the highways are jammed. Bearing the terrible pressure of big cities can provoke the anger of any citizen. But Bill Foster (Michael Douglas) is determined to get revenge. Foster is only trying to get home, but instead he heads into an urban nightmare.
