Sinopsis:
"But darling, I'm your auntie Mame!" Meeting his nearest relative, newly orphaned 10-year-old Patrick Dennis can't believe his ears. And in the times ahead, he's not going to believe his luck. Nominated for six Academy Awards', including Best Picture, Auntie Mame brings to life the mayhem perpetuated by Mame and her clique of zany acquaintances in guiding Patrick through life's pitfalls. Mame's best friend Vera Charles (Coral Browne) is a flamboyant English-accented actress - from Piltsburgh. Patrick trustee and stuffed-shirt nemesis Dwight Babcock (Fred Clark) doesn't see Mame's point of view. But Mame's shy secretary, Agnes Gooch (Peggy Cass, in her Tony-winning an Oscar-nominated performance) eventually does - with hilarious results.
